Mr. Strobl was born in Detroit, Michigan, January 15, 1942. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University (1964) and a M.B.A (1965) from the University of Michigan. In 1979, he received his J.D., cum laude, from the Michigan State University College of Law and is admitted to the bar in both Michigan and Florida.
