Background/Education

A native of Detroit, Michigan, Mr. Ayar received his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 2000, his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 2003, and his LL.M in Taxation from the University Of Miami School Of Law in 2004.

Expertise

Mr. Ayar advises a variety of businesses, entrepreneurs, developers and investors. He serves clients on drafting and negotiating partnership and limited liability company agreements; business formations; asset purchases and sales; contracts; commercial transactions and loan documentation. He also works with clients on simple and complex federal estate and gift tax planning; and preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns.
