Background/Education

Mr. Levine was born in Detroit, Michigan. He was admitted to the bar, 1974, Michigan, U.S. Tax Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan. He holds a B.A. from Wayne State University, (1971); J.D., cum laude (1974); LL.M. in Taxation from New York University (1975).
