Background/Education

Mr. Cunningham was born in Boston, Massachusetts, June 20, 1947 and admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1972. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Santa Cruz, (1969); J.D. from University of Notre Dame (1972); LL.M. from Georgetown University (1979). He served as the Assistant City Attorney in Hillsdale, Michigan from 1972-1978.
