Mr. Vlcko was born in Bratislava, Czechoslovakia, June 27, 1944 and was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1971. He holds his B.S., (1968) and his J.D., cum laude, (1971) from Wayne State University.

Mr. Vlcko speaks both Czech and Slovak languages.

Professional Activities/Interests

Mr. Vlcko was a member of the Order of Barristers and a member of the National Moot Court Team. He has also served as Adjunct Associate Professor of Law, Legal Research and Writing at Wayne State University Law School from 1971-1973.
