Background/Education

Mr. Feldman received his B.S. in 1970 and his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 1973. While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Society and the Student Board of Governors.

Honors/Appointments

Mr. Feldman was appointed Special Assistant Attorney General, State of Michigan (1995-present); Ad Hoc Hearing Referee, Michigan Civil Rights Commission (1998-present); Editor, Workers' Compensation Section Newsletter, State Bar of Michigan; Author, Bar-Bri Review, Michigan Workers' Compensation Materials; Elected Officer, Workers' Compensation Section, State Bar of Michigan; and Adjunct Professor of Law, University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. In 2010, Mr. Feldman was made a Fellow in the College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers.

Memberships/Associations

Mr. Feldman is the chairperson of the State Bar of Michigan Workers' Compensation Section and a member of the Labor Employment Section. He is also a member of the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel and Oakland County Bar Association.
